By My Side - Free Harm Reduction App

By My Side is a free harm reduction app developed by Simon Community Scotland. It provides reliable, evidence-based information, resources, and signposting to local services related to substance use, as well as interconnected issues such as mental health, gambling, homelessness, and domestic and sexual violence.

The app is designed to put people at the centre, giving them access to support, information and tools when they need them - helping them to stay safe and live well.

By My Side also acts as a workforce development tool, supporting staff to build their knowledge, skills and confidence in delivering harm reduction support.
